Error in "import tensorflow as tf" tensorflow could not be found

Jupyter notebook could not be created. Tried several times. Even if notebook created, the kernel was dead.

The addition of the LABEL_COLUMN = 'fare_amount' information before the creation of the dataset using tf.data.experimental.make_csv_dataset totally compromised my learning here. I used this as the parameter label_name, which was reasonable parameter to give and which I thought I had to use, and the entire notebook becae problematic afterwards. Add the LABEL_COLUMN information afterwards, to avoid this confusion.
