I couldn't work on the lab because in order to open a notebook you need to enable the notebooks API, something that is not explicitly stated in the instructions. Since I had already once my account blocked because not following by heart the instructions, I didn't enable this API, because I felt that I was risking having my account blocked again, or even cancelled.
