lab is not submitting and keeps telling me to fill todos, and sometimes tells that we are having trouble checking your progress and ends the lab before time is up.

Subject: Issue with Lab Progress Check – ‘2_dataset_api.ipynb’ Not Recognized as Complete Description: I have completed all TODO tasks in the 2_dataset_api.ipynb notebook and verified that no TODOs remain. I have also: Restarted the kernel and run all cells in order. Ensured the notebook is saved and submitted correctly. Enabled the required Google Cloud APIs, including Google Cloud Data Catalog API. Restarted and even recreated the Vertex AI Workbench instance. Despite all this, the lab progress check still does not recognize the completion and keeps showing the error: "Please make sure to complete all the tasks marked as TODO in the '2_dataset_api.ipynb' notebook." I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue as it is preventing me from earning lab points. Thank you.
