Here was a lot of problems with the packages loaded. Got several errors on PIP installations. Attempted PIP3 and different versions, but the failure remained. Missing cuda libraries prevented executing code.

Takes up too much time, especially the "endpoint deploy" step which just sits there and churns with no indication of the remaining endpoint deploy time. This was an issue because of the step that installs google-cloud-aiplatform, which requires the modifier "shapely<2" for the rest of the lab to work, but it took a while to figure out that the shapely version needed to be modified.
