Received the same "instance-20230804-144154: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-f20835ef7a46/zones/us-central1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.: Something went wrong. Sorry about that." error as in the previous lab.

I cannot create a notebook for this app; I keep getting notifications saying that my reigion "does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.: Something went wrong. Sorry about that." I have tried multiple times with multiple regions. Further, the documentation on how to create a new notebook seems to be out of date; the buttons it says to use are not on the page.

Lab is obsolete. Cannot create user-managed notebook due to lack of resources. Tried 2 different zones. Same result.
