The bucket mentionned in the lab is not working. I had to download the dataset from the bbc manually and upload it to my lab bucket. Because of the the provided python script does not as UTF8 encoding error happens. I had to fix the code manually Because of the code fixing I ended up hitting the 600 request per minute limit on the Language API. Because of the limit the time allocated for the Lab expired I had to retake it from scratch. I finally managed to finish the lab the second time with the fixes I had, still the lab content could be fixed.
