Failed - I think this lab may need a review, potentially some steps missing e.g. Enabling AI Platform and AI Notebooks APIs. I couldn't work around the issues from a cloud shell unfortunately. There seems to be some discussion on this in the forum, but I cannot mark this step as complete. Finally managed to complete from firefox.
