The instructions in this lab doesn't seem to be right. I did all steps till creation of the notebook, but the score is not advancing when I check the progress. I ignored that error and moved ahead to execute the scripts in cell - but faced another error when I try to connect to Big Query due to not having an authorised service account. I will attempt to restart the lab now. -- The step on staring the Jupyter notebook doesn't score even after one completes the step. There is an issue with the lab scoring, please correct this!

Two minor issues encountered with this lab. 1. The scoring didn't pick up the creation of the notebook instance even though it created and ran the notebook code successfully. 2. The bigquery query failed initially due to the notebook instance not having bigquery job rights.
