I can't complete this Lab because I don't have access to SSH shell terminal. Since everything is done through this shell, I can't move from the beginning! Troubleshooting doesn't give me any error, all 3 checkpoints are good - VM status, network status and user permissions. I already reported a bug (2603259) to support on July 13th, but I still don't have any response. I sent the PrtScrs in the correspondence in the email in which Support responded to me in the standard way on the first day. Then they wrote that there was some issue, but they didn't tell me that it was solved, and it's been almost a week from then.
