I don't understand the whole flow, tried to decipher what individual files are doing, but it's difficult to debug. Where arg are passed to do what, which Pub/Sub to read, which Dataflow to create, which files are then triggered, which tables are being written. Difficult to follow. Please provide a diagram explaining the bits of code what they do and in which order.
