GCP Platform is changed :) not the same as in the Tutorial. In the list there is NO TensorFlow 1.5 only TensorFlow 2.1 or higher. Maybe that's why the given Notebook not working properly. eg. pandas need to be installed even if the first "pip install --upgrade google-cloud-bigquery[bqstorage,pandas]" executed well the following error was given back all the times: "ValueError: Please install the 'pandas' package to use this function." Could you please CHK it :)
