There was no apache server installed at the step with the apache restart level, I had to check and install it manually. Also, the way to the /var/www/html was not indicated properly, and also ther was only the var directory created, without the /www/html. I had to go to the root director, enter the var directory, and from there sudo mkdir for both www and html inside the www directory.
