I am going to try again but I had trouble doing the debug portion. The directions gave the URL to use to send a GET request - and to replace the "ORG" with the organization value from google cloud. I did so and was getting a 404. I am probably missed a step somewhere.

could not access Apigee console to do the tasks "No Apigee subscriptions enabled for any of your GCP projects We couldn't find any Apigee subscriptions for your account."
