Project provisioned but again when opening apigee, I get the error You don't have sufficient permissions to set up Apigee for this project. Please review the required Google Cloud IAM permissions to successfully provision Apigee X. This lab does not work per the instructions. Same issue. I won't try again.

It was hard to see the "Develop tab" on the Apigee console unless the window is expanded width-wise
