pod deployments failed for the python variant, the pods continue to crash with tracebacks and never successfully deploy. Suggest looking at the dockerfile and resolve app issues to make this run successfully

Version of python and urllib3 are out of wack and fail because of SSL 1.1.0 not being supported anymore. Worked around by pinning urllib3==1.26.15 in the requirements but that's bad to have to do that.
