Everyone was timing out. This lab did not work in Python. Needed to increase the timeout in order to complete the python lab. Took over 20 minutes to deploy

Timeouts frequently occurred while deploying version. First attempt to do lab did not succeed because of this. Setting timeout to a higher value (lab states 1080 seconds, 1800 seems to be more fault-tolerant) allows lab to be finished properly.
