Task 7 regarding Spanner steps are not exact. Interface for Spanner seem to have changed, so There was no direct option for Query, you rather need to go to Spanner Studio and navigate around

Atividade muito legal bem escrita, mas foi meio confuso começar ela e o código conter erros, não conheço python então tudo ficou meio confuso, e o passo a passo para fazer a consulta no spanner esta desatualizada, não tem mais o link de query ou pelo menos não achei.
