Fails complains about node js 14 gives an error: ERROR: /tmp/npm.2182/package/node_modules/@npmcli/agent/lib/agents.js:105 options.lookup ??= this.#options.lookup ^^^ SyntaxError: Unexpected token '??=' manually installed newer versions of node and npm and manually installed nginx, now it fails when trying to install the endpoints-runtime due to signature issue. Not a useful lab
