google console systematically crashed when defining the metadata for the endpoint. I had to do it by command line. also, it took me several tries to enable http traffic, it was off despite the checkbox being ticked. and the code editor that you start from cloudshell also crashed. i was using chrome

The metadata section of the create vm instance always froze the chrome tab when interacted with. Had to create the vm instance without specifying the metadata, and then use cloud shell to manually add metadata after the vm had been created

There is a bug in meta key field where can cause browser not response when mouse out the key field without entering any value.
