mvn clean install was failing with following error: Some problems were encountered while processing the POMs: [FATAL] Non-resolvable parent POM for com.google.training:appdev:0.0.1: Could not transfer artifact org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-parent:pom:2.5.6 from/to central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty and 'parent.relativePath' points at no local POM @ line 29, column 10

Instructions said to create a VM in us-central1-f zone, but this zone was not available. Only us-central1 (Iowa) was.
