Could not create VM in central-f zone. when i created resource in australian zone, could not progress to checking/confirming lab progress, which I was able to do in another lab.

Doesn't allow to create VM, tried changing regions and zones to no avail. To add insult to injury it blocked me out after multiple retries saying that "quota for this lab was exceeded". Same issues with other labs.
