Configuring Traffic Blocklisting with Google Cloud Armor Reviews

I don't know why but just blocking the external IP addresss of the test Vm isn't enough to block the traffic. I had to add to the rule the internal IP address also. That's really strange because when checking logs, I can see that's the external Ip address wich is blocked .... I don't know if its an internal bug or not ..
