I couldn't complete the lab, it kept saying Waiting for load balancer. Seems like the load balancer never gets created.

There is no load-balancer which make it impossible to create the sink on Cloud HTTP Load Balancer. Had to create it manually. Then, the rest of the lab worked from there.

http load balancer resource isn't an option and everything depends on that, so this was a mostly useless lab.
