There is an error in the lab setup script and it causes the activity script to not work correctly I was able to fix it and continue.

The instructions for this one were fine, but GCP kept tossing me into other projects willy-nilly, I think because of the new cloudshell we were told to open but afaict never used any new features of. I switched back to normal cloudshell halfway through and it was all fine from there.

Creating the log exports uses the same name and it wont let us use the same name, causing confusion.
