Something went wrong in the lab that I couldn't debug. So far I've been able to debug all my mistakes, but not this one. I waited in help chat queue for so long that the lab timer expired and tech support couldn't help me. Lab timers should pause while waiting in chat.

There wasn't much time to complete all the parts of this lab. You might want to consider extending the time to 1hr or more.
