Configuring and Using Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring Reviews

There are some parts not clearly explained, for example, tesk referring to "Create a Export" (It should be "Create a Sink") and others steps related to create Workspace in the Stackdriver Tasks, which do not appear in the Google Console Menus.

Some of the stack driver menus/buttons have changed names which made following the directions somewhat more difficult albeit doable.

Some requests generated warnings: - The resource 'projects/windows-cloud/global/images/windows-server-1803-dc-core-v20180612' is deprecated. A suggested replacement is 'projects/windows-cloud/global/images/windows-server-1803-dc-core-v20180710'. Some menu items now have other names e. g.: old: Navigation menu > Logging > Exports new: Navigation menu > Logging > Logs Router old: Navigation menu > Logging > Logs ingestion new: Navigation menu > Logging > Resource usage
