As I did not have Owner primitive role, I was not able to remove the Project Viewer role from the source_x dataset. Checking what permissions did I have for User 1: BigQueryAdmin Editor Viewer The system indicated me that I did not have the setIAMPolicy, and thus was not able to change permissions. I think the User1 permissions require Owner primitive role, in order to be able to remove the Project Viewer role in that BigQuery dataset specified in the lab.
