Kept hetting the same error: google.api_core.exceptions.Forbidden: 403 POST https://www.googleapis.com/bigquery/v2/projects/qwiklabs-gcp-607f b92a0b3b7585/jobs: Access Denied: Project qwiklabs-gcp-607fb92a0b3b7585: The user bigquery-qwiklab@qwiklabs-gcp- 607fb92a0b3b7585.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not have bigquery.jobs.create permission in project qwiklabs-gcp-6 07fb92a0b3b7585. Checked the Service account roles,OK. Checked the policies and they were ok.

It was nice, just to pay attention that the email used for service account is bigquery-qwiklab and the project ID is the Global Project ID.
