Had to manually install a package - pyarrow and the upgrade took literally 10 mins

Pyarrow didn't install correctly. Even after installing: sudo pip3 install pyarrow I did the last step and it completed however this check my status thing didn't pick it up!

i think, u should add extra command after pandas, o r maybe not ;) : sudo pip3 install pyarrow
