I followed the instructions and I'm getting an auth issue when making the call to the big query API. It's saying my service-account does not have bigquery.jobs.create permissions in the project. I gave it bigquery admin and then the primitive admin role just to see and I still did not have the correct permissions. I re-did all the work twice just to be sure I didn't use the wrong service account.

Cannot open the Google Cloud Console, not good. Anything "Google" appears to be unrealiable today, do not know why.
