Even finished all task but after click check button it still think that I didn't finish the task yet

I assigned the specified roles to the service account and when I tried running the query, it said I didn't have the bigquery.jobs.create role (403). I checked the docs, and the roles assigned to the service account should have enabled that role. As a result, I wasn't able to create the dataframe from the query.
