some py packages were missing or did not get installed.. did not want to go thru and debug this lab to figure out the missing packages etc

pip install stage never finished (hanging on installation of grpc). Made lab finish by using bq commandline instead to issue the query. Consider changing to use this approach in the instruction instead, since it reduces the amount of incidental complexity involved
