This command kept spinning and spinning and spinning: sudo pip3 install --upgrade google-cloud-bigquery It never completed. I let it run for 5 minutes one time, and 10 minutes another time. Edit: 2nd time through. Still having problems. Edit: 3rd time through. Let the program above run. It ran for 12 minutes and completed. Finished the lab.
