Configuring, Using, and Auditing VM Service Accounts and Scopes Reviews

Poor. VM would not create in region - no available e2 instances. Attempt 2. VM created successfully in region, completed all the steps, got the desired output, and "Check My Progress" failed. Another broken lab. I cannot believe this is the experience Google wants for a new customer, not a good impression.
