Very useful content. Could be clearer re: where introductory boiler plate ends and actual lab begins. Also, screen cap after adding roles to service account is a little confusing... looks like instrux to set up a key.

The qwiklab service had some problems updating information either of various steps in the lab, or updating the progress status. At some point it crashed during the "create service account" step
