PyArrow is needed to run the BigQuery job and isn't included in the instructions, it's a simple "pip3 install pyarrow"

Updating BigQuery took about 5 minutes, and the pyarrow installation was never specified before running the script

There were some issues when in the SSH step with import errors. I was able to fix them by pip installing the packages it said was missing
