Got "google.api_core.exceptions.Forbidden: 403 POST https://bigquery.googleapis.com/bigquery/v2/projects/qwiklabs-gcp-03-468909a0c6d7/jobs?prettyPrint=false: Access Denied: Project qwiklabs-gcp-03-468909a0c6d7: User does not have bigquery.jobs.create permission in project qwiklabs-gcp-03-468909a0c6d7." error when I run python3 query.py. After I added BigQuery Data Owner role to bigquery-qwiklab@qwiklabs-gcp-03-468909a0c6d7.iam.gserviceaccount.com, it worked. Is the document missing something or I did something wrong?
