The mynet-vm-eu is not recognised and can't ping it

with the command ping mynet-eu-vm: I still get the error saying "Name or service unknown", while pinging to internal IP address of the instance works.

It was good but dns did not work - I tried to ping mynet-eu-vm and it did not find it so I had to ping IP address. You guys read these comments btw?
