Some problems with the GCP console. 1.) When viewing the VM instances for user 2 it displays "Failed to load" instead of "You don't have permission to view the instance groups in this project" 2.) The role created with the CLI is not displayed in the list of roles in the console although it can be displayed with the CLI command.

the instructions are incorrect and will not work. On custom role, adding permissions, filter on role requires to select Service: before typing storage, otherwise it will not find the correct permissions
