A little bit overwhelming for a first time learner (not me). I am an ex-GCP support engineer, and would recommend getting the learners familiar with the documentation as they tackle IAM problems. IAM is quite simple when you bring up the docs (for any service) and look at the requirements. Honestly I find the IAM video series quite boring, unlike others in this invaluable course.
