Some of the instruction were unclear in regard the permission role, which should of said that you select all the role to view and able to select the filter to view the permission. Secondly, the timing thing I was half way through the process and timmer end and now I need to start all over :(

The Browser tab for second user reported to be logged in correctly, but never was able to enter IAM; it reported some problems with that users organization.
