You cannot log into GCP Console from an Incognito tab in Google Chrome. Once you open the 2nd tab, or a 2nd incognito window, it auto-logs you in with the 1st user name.

modifying the customer role was horrible - been thru this lab two times and getting errors - i am obviously doing someting wrong and now i have to got thru this whole lab again - aarrrgh
