Google Cloud Fundamentals: Getting Started with Deployment Manager and Cloud Monitoring Reviews

I believe the instructions need to be updated to reflect the appropriate API names when checking to ensure the right APIs are enabled. "Stackdriver monitoring API" should be "Cloud Monitoring API"
