Couldn't create the pub sub sink due to access issues. The Sink creation was completely different and out of order. Couldn't complete the verification of the running instance of flows either.

While creating the PubSub TOPIC from the Logs Router interface, I got "Permission denied, check your IAM roles or contact your admin", but I was able to create the PubSub topic directly from the Cloud PubSub screen from the Navigation menu.

i could not complete Sink with Cloud Pub/Sub Sink because of IAM permissions

Unable to complete lab due to IAM permissions missing for Cloud Pub/Sub. When attempting to create a sink for VPC flow logs to a Cloud Pub/Sub, I got the following error: Create new Cloud Pub/Sub topic Naming rule: ID must be 3 to 255 characters, start with a letter, and contain only the following characters: letters, numbers, dashes (-), periods (.), underscores (_), tildes (~), percents (%) or plus signs (+). Cannot start with goog. Learn more FlowLogsTopic Name * Error: Permission denied. Review your IAM permissions or contact your admin.

The area where I was supposed to create a pub/sub sink, it kept saying permission denied, check IAM permissions. I checked, I saw I had admin privileges on pub/sub but then it wasn't allowing me create pub/sub topic.

It shows permission error. Also my student account only have view access. With that how can create a pub/sub? Please let me know what to do next. Thank you.
