very bad instructions, did to repeat several times and I solved myself... does not create cloud pub sink in the real time and you have to wait appear on the new creation and do an update!

The traffic coming to the VPC Flow was pretty slow in my case which produced some confusion thinking I had done something wrong, as it showed only SOME traffic, but not the one I wanted to filter. It really took a long time.
