bits of the lab did not work as the instructions stated . . . could not create a pub sub did not have the correct iam permissions will look into permission issue later had to stop because my time was limited

Step 20. Cloud Pub/Sub does not work. Permission denied.

The description of the lab does not correspond to the actual view in GCP. In addition to this, some steps in gcp are not working as expected. In addition to this, when trying to create the Cloud Pub/Sub topic, it raised an error with the following message: "Error: Permission denied. Review your IAM permissions or contact your admin.". I reviewed the IAM permissions for the lab's user and were ok. Could not finish this lab due to this error.
