this lab has a lot of issues. i.e. jsonPayload.dest_location exists but jsonPayload.dest_instance that I am instructed to use does not.

very intricate lab with lots of details for filtering LOGs and starting and stopping them. I guess Admins could have this as a nice feature of the VPCs
