Was having issue with task 4 completion, wrote to support and they highlighted my mistake. Make sure to add the privatenet VPC network as well as managementnet and mynetwork along with respective subnets while creating the vm-appliance compute instance.

Some technical issue with the task 4, strange how other users have not reported the issue yet. The lab says that I used to able to ping from "privatenet-us-vm" and its internal IP "172.16.0.2" but it does not work for me which is why unable to finish task 4.
