There is no way setting your load balancers that way, you should update your instructions man.

There were a couple of problems. I couldn't SSH to machines created by the MIG, because with this configuration, it was disabled. Another problem is that if we didn't configure Host and path rules for the LB, I had to choose just one backend, and for that reason, having 2 backends would be useless, because the LB was not configured to use both of them.
