There are glitches in the lab and the 3rd step needs deletion and addition of europe instance to get through and its pretty time consuming...This needs to be fixed

Has some issues where it took way to long to set up the instance templates and instance groups. While it didn't say to do so, i managed to finally get the lab to accept i did the task 3 right by just allows http traffic. I also could never test the HTTP load balancer or see if I acutally did anything when denying the siege. the ips never loaded in my web browser...
